If you've ever eaten at Chick-fil-A, you've probably heard the phrase "It's my pleasure" repeated several times.  They have made the phrase a popular response in customer service!

Recently, Mark overheard someone who intended to say "It's my pleasure" but instead, accidentally misspoke -- you can hear the story below.  Then consider Mark's charge to each one of us as we go about our mundane activities each day!
